In accordance with the Academy Trust Handbook, Stour Vale must be transparent with its governance arrangements. As part of this requirement, we publish on our website up-to-date details of our governance arrangements in a readily accessible format. This information includes:
- the structure and remit of our members, board of trustees and committees (including local governing bodies, the arrangements for which are available on member schools’ governance pages);
- the register of business and financial interests for members, trustees, local governors (see member schools’ governance pages) and the accounting officer;
- for each trustee, their attendance at board and committee meetings over the last academic year; and
- for each local governor, their attendance records at local governing body meetings over the last academic year (see member schools’ governance pages).
