We have a range of enhanced entitlements to support all of our staff. We seek to do more wherever we can both to ensure that we maintain excellent levels of support for all of our staff and to communicate that support clearly, consistently and openly so that it is fully accessible to all.
We recognise that not everyone is the same and not all situations require the same response. Our staff are important to us and we aim to listen, to work together and to seek to identify the best possible ways we can support individuals.
Employee Assistance Programme
We have partnered with a sector leading provider to offer all staff access to a comprehensive range of support and advice. This includes legal, health and family advice and support, as well as access to professional counselling services.
Access to additional mental and physical health support is also available. Shopping discounts and cash back offers also form part of the package.
Feedback from staff who have engaged with this provision has been excellent and we are delighted with the impact this is having for our staff.
